Responsibilities
-AlignwithglobalHRcomplianceguidelineandimplementHRcomplianceplan;EnsureallHRactivitiesarecompliant;
-Proactivelypartnerwithbusinesstoimproveoveralltalentposition,including:talentassessment,developandexecutetalentandorganizationdevelopmentprograms,retain&developdiversegroupsoftalentsconsistentwithourvalues/beliefs;performancemanagement;
-Todevelopandexecutetheselectionstrategiesandsolutionstoachievethetalentplan;
-Providelocalmarketinsightandtrends(includingC&B)tocustomerssothattheyunderstandmorelocaltalentmarket;supportcompanyannualbasepayreviewandvariablepayreview;
-OwntheHRguidelines,proceduresandstandardsandpartnerwithsupervisorsandemployeesforallemployeerelationissues;
-Beproactivepartnertostewardandadvancecompanyculture;
-SupportSeniorHRManagerasneeded;
任职资格
-Bachelordegreeorabove.
-5+years’HumanResourcesGeneralSupportexperienceofMNC,HRBPexperienceispreferred.
-Stronganalyticalcapabilityandcriticalthinkingskills.Bewillingtodealwithhandsonaffairs.
-HavegoodunderstandingoftalentmarketandhasgoodlocalEmployment&Laborknowledge.ExperienceofinteractingwithAPmarketispreferred.
-FluentinEnglish,begoodatMicrosoftOfficeincludingOutlook,Excel,Words
-Opentochallengeandholdstrongwillingnessandcapabilitytolearnandembracechange.
-Striveforcontinuousimprovementintermsofbusinessresultandprocess
