RolePurpose/Description
SeekinganexperiencedprofessionaltojointhisdedicatedteamintheroleofAssociateSoftwareEngineeringManager,workinginAS400environment.
Inthisrole:
-Beaneffectivepeoplemanagertogroomandgrowtheteamforward
-Betechnciallyhandson.Leadtheprojectteamtodeliverqualitytechnicalsolutionstomeetbusinessrequirements
-BeabletoparticipateactivelyonthedevelopmentandimplementationofhighcomplexityITsolutions
-Ensurequalitydeliveries
-Abletoanalysisandresolvecomplextechnicalissues
-Provideproductionsupportonarosterbasis
-Goodtimeandstressmanagement
Thiswillprovideanexciting&challengingopportunitiestoaprofessionalwhoarereadyforgoodlearningsonCardstechnical/functionalknowledge,dynamicteamwork.
Knowledge&Experience/Qualifications
Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
-BachelorDegreeorabove,withCET-4orequivalentEnglishlevel.
-Asoundappreciationofthefulldevelopmentlifecycle,includingreleasemanagement;
-FamiliarwithAS400,RPGLEandCLoniSeries
-Quicklearnerwithhighselfmotivation
-Strongteamleadershipskillstoensurehighteamworkspiritandproblemsolvingskills
-Strongcommunicationskillsanddocumentationskills
-Abletoworkindependentlyandeffectivelyunderpressureagainstmultipledeadlines
-Strongproblemsolverwithclearanalyticalmindset
