ThepositionisresponsiblefordefinitionandexecutionofalltechnicalintegrityactivitiesfortheLWdeepwaterassets.TheMaintenanceSuperintendentalsoactsascustodianofthemaintenancemanagementsystems,documentation,maintenanceroutinesandtheassociatedstaffdefinitions.Supportscontractmanagementforalloperationsvendors.HoldstheMaintenance,Integrity,andReliabilityBudgetforProductionOperations.

•Determiningandcontinuouslyvalidatingmaintenancephilosophiesandprocedures

•Ensuringthatmaintenancerecordsarereviewedandanalyzedtoachievecontinuousimprovementandthatappropriatereportsareissued

•Functionallyresponsibleforallmaintenanceactivitiesontheoffshorefacilities,bothplannedandcorrective,providesguidancetotheoffshoremaintenanceteamsintheirday-to-dayroutines

•Developing,trackingandcontrollingthemaintenancebudget

•DevelopandmanagingmaintenanceplansincludingtheincorporationofdefermentrelatedactivitiesintotheIntegratedProductionPlan

•Managingtheplanningandexecutionofallregulatoryandintegritybasedmaintenancetaskswithinscheduledintervals

•Managingmaintenancekeyperformanceindicators(KPI's)andensurethatIntegrityOperatingWindowsaremonitored,evaluatedandrevised.

•OverseeManagementofChange(MOC)processforOperationsDepartmentandensureallengineeringrequirementsforchangesaremet.

•Regularlyreviewingsparesholdingstominimizecommercialexposureandpreventhighequipmentreplacementcosts.

•ManagethirdpartycontractorstoensuremonitoringmaintenanceofSSlinesrobustandidentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement

任职要求:

•B.E./B.TECH/B.S.-Petroleum/Mechanical/E&IEngineering

•5-10yearsofoffshoremaintenancebackground

•15-20yearsofpetroleumrelatedmaintenanceexperience

•5yearsofcontractmanagementexperience

•Extensiveknowledgeandunderstandingofmaintenanceplanning,maintenancemanagementsystemsandphilosophies,riskbasedmaintenanceideologiesandequipmentcriticalities

•Soundtechnicalknowledgeofheavyrotatingequipment,powermanagementsystems,DCSbasedcontrolsystems,fireandgassystem,andhazardareaelectricalequipment

•StrongunderstandingofIntegritybasedmaintenancesystems

•Strongcommercialnegotiationskillsandfinancialacumen

•Superioranalyticalskillstoidentifykeyissuesbasedonrelevantdataandprovideappropriatesolutions/recommendations

•Excellentwrittenandoralcommunicationskills

•Abilitytoworkunderpressureanddelivertodeadlines

•Excellentorganizationalskillstohandleawidevarietyoftasksinafastpacedenvironmentwithchangingpriorities
