•Performqualityassurance/testing(ownorexternaldevelopments)

•DeliverEarlyConsulting

•EnsuresmoothtransitionofChangesandProjectsintoongoingmode

•EnsureongoingoperationfortheareaofresponsibilityaccordingSLAs

•Contributeactivelyinoptimizationofdeliverymodel(e.g.automatization,housekeeping,preventivemaintenance)

•Assumeprojectmanagerrolewhenrequired

•Collaboratewithinternalbusinesspartners(OperatingDivisionsandFunctions)

•ContactforBI&Reportingintheregion/onsite

•Initialconsultingforregionalprojects/changerequestsaccordingtotheBIStrategy

•Increaseawareness/promoteBI&Reporting(withtherelevantcommunity)inpartnershipwithInformationSystem(IS)BusinessRelationshipManagementandApplicationOwners

•AdvisetherightusageofreportingtoolsbasedonthedefinedstandardsfromEnterpriseArchitecture

KeyRequirements:

•Universitygraduate,preferablyinBusinessAdministrationorInformationSystems

•4-6yearsofexperienceinBusinessConsultingand/orSAPConsultingand/orProcessExpertise.ExperiencewiththeB2R(BooktoReport)Processisanadvantage.PreferencegiventothosewithSAPBWand/orHANAexperience,withothercomparableBItoolsandfrontend/self-servicetoolslikeTableau,PowerBI,Alteryxetc.

•Knowledgeofbusinessprocessesandapplications,ITskills,QualityManagement,Humanrelationsandcommunicationsskillsareimportantto:Developandestablishcooperationandrapportwithusersatworkinglevelsandofdifferentnationalities

•WorkcloselyintegratedintheinternationalteamdespitebeingremotewiththeothermembersoftheglobalteamsKeyResponsibilities:
