亚太区物流分销经理TheAsia-Pacific(“APAC”)RegionLogistics&DistributionManagerwillhaveresponsibilityforregionalprocessesandprogramstoensuretheefficientandcost-effectivemovementofmaterialsandfinishedgoodsforthebusiness.Thisrolewillensurethatprocessesandprogramsenablethebusinesstomaximizecustomerserviceperformancewhileminimizingcostsandworkingcapital.

Responsibilities:

•Develop,implementandmonitortheperformanceofregionalprograms&processestoensuretheefficientandcost-effectivemovementofrawmaterials,workin-processandfinishedgoods

•Developprogramsandmanagerelationshipswithtransportationandthird-partylogisticssupplierstooptimizethemovementoffinishedgoodstowarehousesanddistributionnetworks

•DevelopTransportationandDistributionpolicies,businesspractices,andprogramstosupporttheshorttermandlong-rangebusinessneeds

•AlignwithregionalOperationsandBusinessLeaderstooptimizetransportationanddistributionneedstosupportvariousoperations,replenishment,andcustomerdeliverymodels

•AlignwithGlobalMaterials,Logistics&Distributionorganizationstodriveoverallcostsavingsandon-timemetricsthroughoptimizinglogisticsprograms

•Ensurethedevelopmentandexecutionoftradecompliantprocessesforexportandimportshipments,incorporatingstepstodrivecosteffectiveandtimelydeliverytoregionalcustomers

•Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryandcompanystandardsforcostcontrol,EHSandexternalagenciesinventorypoliciesandinitiatives

•Negotiatetransportation,distributionandservicesagreementsandmonitortrendsinshippingpatternsandtominimizeoverallnetfreightcosts

•Processclaimswithfreightcarriersasrequiredfordamagedgoods

•DevelopaLogistics&DistributionAnnualOperatingPlan(AOP)

•Monitoractualexpense,trendsandimpactsvsAOP,andtaketheappropriateaction(s)tomitigateunfavorabletrendsvsplan

•EnsureproperinvoicingallocationacrosseachplantintheRegion

•Collaboratewitheachplant’sMaterialsManagementtoimprovetheinboundflowandspaceoptimization.

•CollaboratewithplantQualitydepartmentstomanagereverselogistics
