KeyResponsibilities:

•YouwillbesolelyinvolvinginDatamining/QueryUnderstanding(Entityextraction,wordsegmentation,spellingcorrection)

•Seniorresourcetoleadthearchitecture,designanddevelopmentofenterprisesearchapplication.Resourcewillberesponsibleforleadingteamofautonomyandwebdevelopersandprovidingexpertiseinspecifiedarea

•Thesuccessfulcandidateswillbepartofateamresponsibleforenhancingsolutions,whichenableanalytical,knowledgeandcollaborativeworkacrosstheorganization.Inthisrole,thesuccessfulcandidatewill:

•Familiarintuningtherelevancyofsearchresults

•ExposuretotheinternalimplementationsofSOLR/Elasticsearch/LuceneandunderstandingofInformationRetrievaltechniques

•ExpertiseinNLP,includingwordsegmentation,phrasesextraction,automaticsummary,entityrecognitionandrelationshipextractionetc.

•Expertiseinbuildsearchintentengine,includingspellingcorrection,queryexpansion,queryclassificationetc.

•Expertiseinbuildknowledgegraphandrecommendationenginetoimprovethesearchrelevance

•Strongknowledgeandunderstandingofdatastructures,objectorienteddesignandsystems/applicationsprogrammingSeniorSearchEngineer
