Implementthecommercialpolicyofthegroup,includingthesalesmethodology,the

feedingofthein-houseCRMsystem,thestimulationandfollow-upofthebusiness

developmentpolicy

LeadandcoachtheSalesTeam(8people),withafocusonindividualperformance

improvement,inparticularintheareaofnewbusinessdevelopment.

Workexperience:

SalesexperiencewithChineseclients.

SalesexperienceinsectorssuchasCosmetics,pharmaceuticalsorfood

(confectionary/sweets).Ideallysellingtocompaniesinthesesectors,butacandidate

withexperienceinacompanyfromthesesectorscouldalsobeconsidered.

Goodexperienceinbusinessdevelopment,abletoleadateamofbusinessdevelopers

(“hunters”)
