Establishandleadteammaintainthecostestimationmodelbothpartscostandinvestment,providequalifiedanalysisreportontimeperrequest

Establishandleadteammaintainthecosttargetprocessandsystem,leadteamtoprovidequalifiedandontimevariablereports

Controlthedeliverschecklistofeachgatetosupportgatereportandensuretheaccuracyofgatestatus

Asbusinesspartnerofprogrammanagementteam&engineeringsystemtoprovideanalysisreports

Coordinateinternalandexternalresourcetodriveachievetheprogramcost&investmenttargetbyimprovingprocess,standardizingtemplate,definingmoreclearlydefinitionetc.

Inchargeofparts&investmentcontractreviewtoalignwithnominationandprogramstatusrequirement,identifytheriskandcoordinatewithpurchase&programtoensurethemostinterestofcompany

Above10yearscostexperiencesonautomobileindustryandatleast5yearscostmanagementroleinOEM
