Buildpipelineofcandidatesandmaintainrelationshipswithqualifiedcandidatesandcontacts.WorkcloselywithHRColleaguestoestablish/maintaintalentpoolthatprovidesinternalsourcing
Qualifications
-musthaveexperienceinManagementconsultingorriskmanagement
-HighdegreeofproficiencyinMSOffice,Outlook&Internetapplications
-Basicknowledgeonlabormarkettrends
-FamiliarwithrecruitingprocessandrelatedHRTools
-Interviewandassessmentskills
-3years+experienceasrecruitereitherinhouseorinconsultingfirminITindustry
-Bachelordegreeorabove
-GoodcommandofEnglishbothinspeakingandwriting领域IT/通讯领域技术招聘经验
