助理经理师岗位职责

应用工程师经理助理Jobresponsibilities:

•Toprovidetechnicalsupporttoourcustomersandtooursalesteamandtomaintaintechnicalprojectsandtrialsinassignedregion.

•Tohandlealltechnicalcomplaintsofassignedproductgroup(s).

•Tohandleallproductinquiriestogetherwithcorrespondingsalesman.

•Toconductfieldtests:introduction,monitoring,documentation.

•Toconducttechnicaltrainingforcustomersandforouremployees(e.g.technicalroadshow).

•Technicalsupporttosalesteam/customers:jointactionsatcustomers,technicalconsultationintermsofourproducts,applicationtopics,knittingmachinery

•Ifapplicableserviceatlocalexhibitions:toinstallandsuperviseexhibits,technicaladvicetosalesteamandcustomers.

•Ifnecessaryandalwaysincoordinationwithheadquartertooffercustomerserviceatlocatedmachinebuilder.

•Toauthortechnicaltrainingmaterialormediaalwaysincooperationwithheadquarter(approval).

•Toensureknowhowprotectioninlocalorganization(passingonoftechnicalmaterial,statements,etc.tothirdparties).

•ToensureaccuraterecordingofalltechnicalissuesinIVR.

•Accordingtoindividualassignment:Tomeasurecylindersandtocreatecylindersketchesaccordingly.

•Tosupportcurrentprocesses.

•Toassistactivitiesofimprovingprocesses.

•Ifnecessarytosubstitute/supporttechnicalcolleaguesofotherproductgroups.

•Toproxycolleaguesofsameproductgroup.

Requirements

•Completedqualificationintheareaoftextilemachinery,preferablyoflegwear/circularknittingmachinery.

•Practicalworkingexperienceinaknittingmilloratamachinebuilder.

•Structuredworkingstyle.

•Goodverbalandwrittencommunication.

•Languages:English

•Capacityforteamwork

•Colleaguedegreeorabove

•8-10yearsexperience.IfthecandidateEnglishproficiencyisgood,itcanbe5years+experience.

•Preparedtotravelabroadforinternationaltasks.
