中国人力资源经理岗位职责

SPECIFICRESPONSIBILITES:
•ReporttoDirectorofGlobalHumanResourcesandAdministrations
•MakeandimplementstrategicHRplantofacilitatetheimplementationsandachievementsofthestrategyandstrategicgoalsoftheorganization;
•WorkasHRBPformanagementteam,hands-onapproachtohandleallHRtopics,activelycoachnewmanagersinpeoplemanagementskillandleadership,assistandManagingDirectorstodevelopthecompetenciesofDirectorstoensurethemanagementcapabilitycouldmatchtothedemandsofachievingthestrategicgoals;
•DevelopHRandAdministrationteam,restructureandbuildthecapabilityoftheteamtoensureHRfunctioncouldfacilitatethedevelopmentofthecompanyandAdministrationfunctioncouldmatchtothedemandsoftheregionalofficesandcompany.
•ManageandcontinuouslyimprovethehumanresourcesfunctioninGreatChina
•Organizeandleaddifferentprojectstooptimizetheset-upoftheregionalofficesforensuringthelegalcomplianceoftheregionaloffices;buildandmaintainrelationshipwithallrelevantdepartmentsoflocalgovernment.
•Review,designandlaunchlocalHRpoliciesofregionalofficesandprogramsalignedtobusinessneedsandcommunicateeffectivelytocolleagues
•Undertakeforannualprojectslikeperformanceappraisal,salaryreview,year-endbonusandcompanyevents.
•HighlyinvolvedinHR’sinitiativesandprojectstosupportthegrowthofoperation
•Createandimplementemployeerelationspoliciestohelpincreaseemployees’jobsatisfaction
•Establishanorientationprocedureforonboardingnewhiresandtrainingthemtomeettheneedsoftheregionaloffices
•Communicatewithemployeesaboutcompensation,benefitsandotherfacetsoftheiremployment
•UndertakeothertasksassignedbyLineManager.
WORKINGCONDITIONS:
•Thepositionrequiresphysicaleffort.ThispositionisnotsubjectedtoOccupationalHealthandSafetyRisks.
•Occasionallytravelisrequired.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Degreeinhumanresourcesmanagement,businessorrelateddisciplinesorequivalent
•Atleast10yearsofHRexperienceinfullfunctionofHR&Adminincludingrecruitment,payroll,compensationandbenefitsadministration,training,employeerelationsetc.
•HasexperienceasmemberofalocalManagementand/orDepartmentalTeam
•Strongtrackrecordinrecruitmentpreferable
•Proficientinlabourlawandwillingtolearn
•StrongHR&Administrationexperienceinsizabletradingcompanies
•Exposuretomultinationalenvironmentispreferred
•Excellentnegotiation,presentationandinterpersonalskills
•Goodleadership,timeandprojectmanagementandproblem-solvingskills
•GoodcommunicationskillswithgoodcommandinEnglish,CantoneseandPutonghua
•ComputerliteracyinMicrosoftOffice
•Haveofficerenovationexperienceispreferred
•Befamiliarwithrelevantgovernmentworkingprocedure
