JOBREQUIREMENT职位要求:

•Educationbackgroundinelectricalengineeringorrelatedwithbachelordegree.Masterdegreeispreferred.

电子工程相关专业本科毕业,硕士及以上学历优先考虑。

•Morethan3yearexperienceinhighvoltagesurgetestingorequipmentindustry

3年以上高压浪涌测试或高压设备行业工作经验。

•Technicalbackgroundinarrestorindustryispreferred

有避雷器行业技术背景优先考虑。

•Workingexperienceininternationalprojectteamorinmultinationcompanyispreferred

有跨国公司或国际团队工作经验优先考虑。

•Goodtheoreticalandpracticalknowledgeinhighvoltageelectricalapplication.

具有较好的高压电气应用理论及实践知

•Familiarwithhighvoltagegeneratorcircuitsetup,equipmentcalibration,waveshapeanalysis,etc.

熟悉高压发生器电路的搭建,设备校准,波形分析等相关工作。

•Strongprojectmanagementskills.Resultoriented,goodsensetodrivetomakethingshappen

较强的项目管理能力,以结果为导向,具有良好的推动实现的意识。

•Capabilitywithcomplexproblemsanalysisandbeabletofindthesolutionispreferred

具有复杂问题的分析及解决能力者优先考虑

•GoodEnglishskillispreferred,notmandatory.

不强制要求英语,但良好的英语能力会优先考虑。

•RESPONSIBILITY:

•Responsibleforvaristortestingwork,focusingonhighvoltagetesting.

负责压敏电阻的测试工作,主要在高压测试方向

•Setuporchangecircuitofhighvoltagesurgegeneratortoachievecertainsurgewaveshape.

通过搭建或调整高压浪涌发生器电路来获得特定的浪涌波形

•Evaluatedifferentimpactfactorstoachieveaccuratetestingresult.

评估各种影响因素以达到准确的测试结果

•Preparetestingreportforcustomerandberesponsibleforthetestingresult.

为客户准备测试报告,并对测试结果负责.

•Testmethodorequipmentimprovementbystudyingproductfailuremodeaftertesting.

研究产品测试后的失效模式,对测试方法或设备进行改进.

•Technicalsupportforcustomertesting,production,qualitycomplaint,etc.

为客户测试,工厂生产,质量投诉等提供技术支持.

•Setuptestingprocedureandupdateequipmentaccordingtonewstandard.

关注行业标准的变化,及时建立新的测试流程并升级测试设备

•Abletofindouttheadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftestingequipmentandmaketechnicalproposals

能找出测试设备的优点及不足,并从技术上给出建议
