?FilterNon-coveritems&copaymentifnecessaryandcollectdirectlyfrommember
?CoordinatewithproviderandMedicalteamonthepre-authorizationprocedureandGOPissue,gettingFirst-handmedicalinformationforthoselargeamountIPcase
?Handletheadditionalinfomationrequestforthosepending/declinepublicproviderclaims
?Claimreconciliation/billing/EOB/Payment/Invoiceandallrelevanttasks,collaborationwiththehospitalonit
?Collbratewithotherfunctionsandinternaldepartmentsforteamwork
?Collectingandcheckingclaimdocumentsandmakesureitiscompleteandwillbehandedovertotheclaimteamrespectfullyontime
