电源销售经理JOBSUMMARY

Todevelopnewbusinessandsupportourkeycustomersincludingcontractmanufacturer(CM),electronicmanufacturingservicescompany(EMS)inChina.Meetorexceedannualsalesgoalswhileremainingwithinexpensebudgetguidelines.Managemanufacturer'srepresentativesinterritorytoensurethatsalesgoalsaremet.

DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

•Preparebusinessplanandkeyaccountdevelopmentplan,increasemarketshareandachievesalestargetatassignedaccounts

•Visitaccounts,resolvecustomerproblems,andmakecustomerpresentationsasnecessary.

•Providetrainingtofieldsalespersonnel(repsanddistributors)asappropriate.

•ProvideperiodicreportsasrequiredbyManagement

•Participateintheevaluationofinsidesalespersonnel.Toconductthedesign-winactivitiesandachievethesalestarget

•Developrelationshipswithkeytechnicalandcommercialdecisionmakersatassignedaccountsinordertocapturedesign-winsandachievethebudgetedrevenue.

•Focuseffortsonkeyaccountsandopportunitiesthatrepresentthegreatestbusinesspotentialandofferthebestsolutiontothecustomers.

•Visitcustomersandhelpsolveexistingapplicationsissuesandproblemswiththesupportofengineers

•Collectionofmarketinformation.

•Coordinateinternallysupportingthecustomertoachievecustomersatisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

•University/collegegraduated,majorinelectronicsorengineering

•5yearsworkexperience,with3yearssalesexperienceinTelecomPowerorrelatedindustry

•Excellentproblemsolvingandcriticalthinkingskills.

•Knowledgeofstrategicsellingtechniquesanda"systemvs.price"approach.

•Computer-literateindatabases,spreadsheetsandwordprocessing

•Backgroundineffectivetimeandterritorymanagement.

•Excellentinterpersonalskills

•Effectivecustomerpresentationskills

•Excellentorganizationalskills

•Abletotravel25%to50%.

•GoodEnglishskillsinbothoralandwriting.
