射频技术应用职位描述:
1.Workonmobilephonemarkettodesigninproductsincustomerdesignsandpartnerreferencedesigns.
2.WorkfocusonRFFrontEnddevice,suchas:LNA,RFswitch,Antennatunerswitch.
3.ToachieverevenuetargetwithAEs,marketingandsalesasateamtogetherbyprovidingtechnicalsupporttocustomerinapre-salesthroughpost-sales,likeproductassessment,debugging,applicationandtest,etc.
4.Participateindevelopingproductspecificationsandapplicationsbyaspecificcustomerandexploresthebusinessfeasibilityofgeneralmarketing.
5.DrivecustomerissuebycooperatingwithHQcolleaguesandleadingdistributors.
6.MaintainandextendcontactswithcustomersinChina.
任职条件:
1.BachelororaboveinElectricalEngineeringorCommunicationTechnologyispreferred.
2.Atleast8yearsofworkexperienceinthefieldofmobileRFFrontEndispreferred.
3.WellunderstandingofproductdesignforRFdevice,suchasCMOS,SiGe,GaAs…
4.GoodknowledgeofRFplatformstructuresfromallmobileplatformvendors
5.GoodatsimulationtoolsandEDAtools
6.Familiarwithtestequipment
7.StrongwrittenandverbalcommunicationandpresentskillinEnglishandMandarin.
8.Abilitytocooperatecrossteamsinafastpacedenvironment.
9.Strongcommunicationandcoordinationskilltoachieveprojectgoals.
10.Self-motivatedandproactive,demonstratecreativitiesthinkingcapabilities.
11.Abilityindependentlyleadingprojecttoupdatelateststatusandindependentlydiggingoutsockets.
