美资IVD公司床旁血液监护耗材客户专员工作职责
•Meetandexceedthesalesgoalsofinstrumentplacementandcartridgesaleincertainarea.
•完成公司产品在目标区域的销售
•Managedistributorperformancetoensurethesalesgoalachieved.
•管理分销商,已实现区域内销售目标。
•Effectivelycommunicatewithdistributorsaboutproductstrategy.
•有效地与有关产品战略经销商沟通;
•Workcloselywithmarketingteamanddistributorstoplanandexecutelocalmarketingactivities.
•与市场部、分销商紧密配合,完成区域内市场推广活动
•Communicateandexecutedistributionstrategiestogainmarketshareandtoimprovemargin/profitabilityincertainarea.
•传达并执行销售策略,以赢得区域内较高的市场份额,并提高区域盈利能力;
•EstablishrelationshipwithKOLs,distributorsandhospitals.
•与KOLs、分销商及医院建立良好的客户关系
•ProvideaccuratemarketandcompetitiveinformationtoMarketing.
•向市场部提供准确的市场和竞争信息
•Basingontheunderstandingoflocalmarkettoprepareanactuatesalesforecast•针对本地市场,展开有针对性的销售策略
•Colleagueandabove大专及以上学历
•MedicalRelatedmajor医学相关专业
•Minimumof3yearssalesexperience.
•至少有3年以上销售经验
•Understandscustomerneeds;abletoarticulatebenefitsofPointOfCareTestingproductstotargetcustomers;usesgoodbusinessjudgment,negotiationskills.
•理解客户需求,能够向目标客户介绍清楚床边诊断系统的优势,具有较好商业直觉和谈判技巧
•Salesexperienceinhospital.Experiencesellingcomplexsolutionstocustomersthatinvolvemultipleinfluencersanddecisionmakers.
•拥有临床经验,并能为有影响力和决策能力的目标客户,提供较好的解决方案。
•Knowledgeofmulti-sitehospitalsalesandimplementationispreferred.KnowledgeofsellingtoAcademicInstitutionsisaplus.
•熟悉临床销售的各个环节和学术推广模式。
