项目助理经理岗位职责

助理项目经理Yourresponsibilities:

•LeadingmoderatetolargecomplexprojectswithintheSharedServicesCentreindeliveringprojectmanagementthroughproject/resource/communicationplanning;scope/issue/risk/changeandstakeholdermanagement

•Understandingandmanagingprocessimpactsonthecustomerproposition,identifyingopportunitiestoimproveoperationalefficiencyandthecustomerexperience

•Buildingrelationshipsandcollaboratingwithkeystakeholderstoensuredeliveryofcommitments

•Coachinganddevelopingjuniorteammembers,includingsettingprioritiesandprovidingongoingfeedback

Skillsetrequired:

•Minimumof5years’recentexperienceprovidinghands-onprojectmanagement,preferablyinaSharedServicesenvironmentintheareaofInformationTechnologyforlocalandSoutheastAsiacountries(HK,Indiaetc.)

•Crossfunctionalproject/operationexperienceispreferredashe/sheisrequiredtohandlecrossfunctionalprojectsfromtimetotime

•Expertcommunicatorandnegotiatorwithgoodwritten,verbal(inbothEnglishandCantonese),presentation,andinterpersonalskills

•Hands-onleader,visionary,andproblemsolverwithapassionforexcellence

•Abilitytoworkwellwithexcel,TableaufordataanalyticworkandVisio

•PMPcertificationandsixsigmagreentoblackbeltarestronglydesired

•Bachelor’sdegreeholder
