·Thispositionisresponsiblefordeveloping,implementing,andmaintainingthepolicies,programs,andprocedureswithintheEnvironmental,SafetyandHealthManagementSystem.TheESHSupervisorwillensurecompliancewithenvironmental,health,andsafetyrequirementsestablishedbyregulatoryrequirements,andasapplicabletothecontractandsub-contractorprovisions.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

1CommitmenttoandimplementationoftheCorporationEnvironmentalHealth,SafetyMission,Principles,andPractices.

2ParticipatesactivelyinthemanagementoftheorganizationtoestablishpoliciesanddirectionstoachieveleadershipinESHprogram;

3ManagestheESHProgramwithinthescopeofthecontractandisresponsibleforcompliancewithallapplicableESHandcorporatemanagementstandards;

4Ensuresthatallapplicableinternalandexternalreportingrequirementsareperformedaccuratelyandinatimelymanner;

5Conductsworkplacesurveysandassessments.

6Advisesresponsiblemanagementofconditionsrequiringcorrectiveactions;

7ProvidesESHbriefingsandtrainingsessionsasappropriate

tofulfillregulatoryrequirementsandfosterasafeworkingenvironment;

8Performsaccidentinvestigationstodetermineprobablecause;

9EstablishesandmaintainsnecessarycontactswithsiteESHregulatoryagenciestoensurethehighestlevelofassistanceandservicetotheCustomer;

10Maintainsrequiredrecordsinaccordancewithregulatoryandrequirements;

11ReviewsallprojectsandconstructionforESHissues;

12RemainscurrentinallapplicableproposedESHlegislation.

13Representsthecompany'spositionasrequired;

14Responsibleforcontinuingeducationandprofessionaldevelopment.

15Otherassignmentsdelegatedbysupervisorormanagementteam.
