•FunctionasadvancedhelpdesksupportforapplicationsmanagedbyjobpositiononceLevel1IThelpdeskhastriagedticket.

•SupportofMathworks,Vector,PTC,DOORSandRectifyinfrastructureatlocalsite

•InstallsoftwareapplicationsoruseSCCMtodistributesoftware

•Manageinfrastructure,enhancements,softwareupgrades,datasecurity,interfaces,workwithotherToolchampions

•MaintainUseraccountsandLicensesinvolvedwiththesetoolsatthesite

•WorkwithIToninfrastructuresupportofserversandclientsetup.

•MaintainallianceandcollaboratewithVEONEERITonvisionandroadmapoftechnology.

•Maintaincloserelationshipwithothertoolchampions.

•OthertasksassignedbyITSupervisor.

任职要求

Level(diploma)required:

•Bachelor’sDegreeincomputerscienceorelectronictechnology.

Experience:

•Solidhand-onexperienceininfrastructureareaisamust

•3+years’workingand1+yearsonsimilarposition,

•Knowledgeofengineeringprocessesrelatedtoproductmanagement

Technicalskillsrequired:

•Network;NAS,SAN,NFTS&NFSpermissionknowledgeisrequired.

•WindowsServer/Office;ActiveDirectory

•GoodknowledgeofVEONEERengineeringtools–Vector,Mathworks,DOORs,Reqtify,andPTCIM

Skillsinrelationshipandmanagement/leadershiprequired:

•ProjectManagementskills(PMIcertification)ispreferred.

•Positiveattitude.

•Goodcommunicationsskillandinterpersonalskills.

Languages:

•ExcellentwrittenandverbalEnglishlanguageskillsisMUST.
