JobResponsibilities:

1.Generatemonthlysalesreportsandmanagementreportsasrequired

2.WorkcloselywithNationalSalesCoordinatorandbecomeexpertuseronAonConnectsystem(OracleCRM),beagotopersonforcolleagues,respondtoqueriesasrequired

3.TomakesurethatthesystemKPIsachievetargets

4.Monitorthesystemusagequalityincludingloginfrequencyandproperuseofopportunities(standardformatofopportunityname,importantdocumentsuploaded,informationupdates),Leads,CaseManagements,teammembersonAccountsandOpportunities,salesactivitiesandcontacts

5.WorkwithNationalSalesCoordinatortoproducewinofthemonthpostingforinternalandexternalusage

6.WorkwithNationalSalesCoordinatorinCampaignmanagementonsystemwithrespecttocampaign/seminarleadmanagement/follow-up

7.Undertakelocalresearchonprospects/industrysectorsasdirectedbythebranchsalesleader/salesteam

8.Workwithnationalstrategy&marketingteamaswellaslocalsalesteamsinorganizinglocalmarketingevents

9.Takeandproducemeetingminutesofsalesmeetings

10.ProduceadhocPowerPointpresentationsasrequired

11.OtherprojectsunderthedirectionofSalesManagement
