工作职责

职责与要求:

Exercisesengineeringresponsibilityforplanningandcompletionofengineeringprojectswithinareaofassignedresponsibilitybyperformingthefollowingresponsibilities.

SpecificResponsibilities:

具体职能

1.Confirmcustomerapplicationandtechnicalrequirement确认客户应用及产品技术要求

2.TranslatecustomertechnicalrequirementintoMESengineeringspecification,responsibleforpartlist/BOMbuilding,3Dmodelsand2DPrintscreation,stackupandFEAanalysisasneeded.负责将客户的技术要求转化为迈梭电子的工程规范,并制定出产品零件清单,创建三维模型及二维图纸,并对设计进行尺寸链校核及必要的有限元分析

3.Reviewsproductdesignforcompliancewithengineeringprinciples,companystandards,andcustomercontractrequirements,andrelatedspecifications.依据工程原则,公司标准,客户合同及相关要求组织实施产品设计评审

4.Assistslaunchmanagertocoordinateprototypesordering,samplesbuild,samplessubmissionpackagingpreparationandtechnicalcommunicationtocustomer,supportLMtoorganizeandhostthecoreteammeetingasneeded协助项目经理协调零部件的定购,样件的制作,客户样品提交相关文档的准备以及与客户的技术沟通。

5.SupportDVandPVtesting,preparetestplansandworkonissuesresolutions.支持DV和PV测试,准备测试计划和解决测试中有关问题。

6.Responsibleforresolvingproductdesign,verificationandtestproblems.负责解决产品设计,验证及测试工作中的问题。

7.Inchargeoftheprototypecomponentsassessment&approval负责零部件样件状态评估及认可。

8.FillouttheformsofPR,RFC,ECN,etc.负责填写材料请购单(PR),RFC及ECN等。

9.Evaluatesandimplementsdesignchanges,specifications,anddrawingreleases.负责评估并执行设计更改,规格说明及图纸的发行。

10.ProvidedesignproposalandBOMfornewbusinessquotation,responsiblefortechnicalreviewwithcostestimationteamandexternalcustomers为新产品报价提供BOM及设计方案,负责与估价团队及客户进行技术交流等。

11.ProvideonsiteproductionsupporttoMES,supplierandcustomerplantasneeded为现生产提供必要的技术支持(包括MES工厂,供应商及客户现场)。

12.SupportTS16949&ISO14001implementationandcontinuousimprovement.支持TS16949及ISO14001的执行及持续改善。

13.Communicatesandcoordinatesengineeringresponsibilitieswithproductdevelopmentteammembersglobally.与全球产品开发小组交流,配合执行工程责任。

14.Otherassignmentsfrommanagement完成公司交给的其他任务。

Know-HowRequirements

职位要求

1.Bachelor'sdegree(B.S.)fromfour-yearcollegeoruniversity;andonetothreeyearsrelatedexperienceand/ortraining;orequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.大学本科,学士学位,一至三年的相关经验或培训,或同等学历与经历

2.Morethan3yearsofautomotiveproductiondesignexperienceorinjectionmoldingexperience.3年以上汽车产品或塑料件结构设计经验。

3.Selflearning,taskoriented,outstandinginterpersonalandcommunicationskills.自学能力强,任务型的,人际关系好,交流能力强。

4.Knowledgeandproficiencyinautomotiveelectricalsystems;possessdraftingabilitytoclearlydevelopideasintheformofworkingdrawings,aswellasaknowledgeofCADprogram,preferablyoneofSolidworks,CATIA,UG.对计算机辅助设计软件精通,特别是Solidworks,CATIA,UG其中之一,对汽车电子系统有了解。

5.Abilitytodefineproblems,collectdata,establishfacts,anddrawvalidconclusions.Abilitytointerpretanextensivevarietyoftechnicalinstructionsinmathematicalordiagramformanddealwithseveralabstractandconcretevariables.能够找出问题,收集数据,整理数据,得出正确结论。能够以图表形式来说明技术问题,及处理某些抽象变量和具体变量。

6.Candidateshouldbeabletohandlevarioustasksatthesametime.有能力在同一时间内承担多项任务。

7Chinese:Abilitytoread,analyzes,andinterpretsgeneralbusinessperiodicals,professionaljournals,technicalprocedures,orgovernmentalregulations.Abilitytowritereports,businesscorrespondence,andproceduremanuals.English:Abilitytoeffectivelypresentinformationandrespondtoquestionsfromgroupsofmanagers,clients,customers,andthegeneralpublic中文:读写能力,分析能力,翻译商业杂志和行业杂志,技术流程,和政府的规章制度的能力。撰写报告,商务信件,及职工操作程序指南的能力。英文:能及时有效地传递信息及答复经理,顾客,客户和其他成员的问题。

任职要求:
