1.ImplementtheproductionprocessforElectricVehiculeBattery

改善汽车电池的生产工艺流程

2.Define/qualifytheequipmentneeded

策划机台设备的需求

3.Definetherelevantproductiondocuments(workinstruction,etc…)

编制相关生产管理文件,如果工作说明书等

4.Followupthepilotrunandimplementimprovementplan

跟踪试运行及改善计划的增补

5.Stablishthemaintenanceplanwiththemaintenancedepartment

与维修部门一起建立保养计划

6.Participatetoanewproductionlineandnewfactorydefinitiononcethevolumeincrease

随着业务的增加参与新产线的建立和新工厂的成立策划

任职要求:

-ExcellentcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglish

精通英文读写,口语流利

-BachelordegreeorAbovewith10yearsworkingmanufacturingexperience

电子、工业工程或机械工程类本科学历以上,10年以上生产制造相关经验

-Strongtechnicalandindustrialbackground

较强的工业技术背景

-Withexperienceinautomation

具有自动化生产的经验

-Goodunderstandingofweldingprinciple(Laser,Ultrasonic,Spotwelding…)

熟悉焊接原理(激光、超声波、点焊…)

-ExperienceinEVBatteryindustryisaplus

有EV电池工业生产经验优先

-Goodcomputerskill(Microsoftoffice,CAD)

电脑操作熟练(office,CAD软件)

-Strongabilityonproblemsolving.

解决问题能力强

-Well-organizedandcooperated,effectivecommunicationskill,Highlevelofautonomy

组织协调能力强,沟通能力强,自觉性高
