高级城市设计师SeniorUrbanDesigner思匠建筑设计咨询(上海)有限公司思匠建筑设计咨询(上海)有限公司,思匠职责描述:

-Prepareconcepts,designdevelopmentandgraphicillustrations,supportdesignwithwrittennarrative.

-制作设计概念,设计扩初和图形,以书面叙述支持设计。

-Participateandleaddesignmeetingswithourteamsandclients.

-参加和主导与团队和客户的设计会议。

-Workwithseniordesignprofessionalstocompiledataandpreparedesignsolutions.

-与资深设计专家合作,编制数据并完成设计解决方案

-Workincollaborativeintegratedteamsofprofessionalsthatincludecivilengineers,architects,buildingsystemsengineers,plannersandlandscapearchitects.

-与专业团队协同工作,包括土木工程师,建筑师,建筑系统工程师,规划师和景观设计师

-Establishandmanageprojectbudgetsandschedules.

-确定并管理项目预算和时间表。

-Directteammembersandothersintheapplicationofurbandesignstandardsandguidelines.

-指导团队成员和其他人应用城市设计标准和指南。

-Determinecontentofdesignpresentationstoclientrepresentativesand/ordesignreviewcommitteesandpresentthem.

-Conductdesignworksessions.

-Developandmaintainrelationshipswithcurrent/newclients.

任职要求:

-Bachelor’sdegreeinUrbanPlanningpreferred.UrbanDesignwithplanningeducationalsoaccepted

-优先考虑城市规划学士。城市设计与规划教育专业。

-10–15yearsofexperience

-10到15年工作经验。

-InternationalEducationorworkexperience.

-有海外教育或工作经验。

-StrongEnglishcommunicationskillsbothwrittenandverbal.

-熟练的中英文沟通和书写能力。

-MasteryofAutoCAD.

-掌握AutoCAD.

-Workingknowledgeof2Dand3DmodelingsoftwaresuchasSketchup.

-熟悉2D和3D建模软件,如Sketchup

-Recognized,awardwinningdesignportfolioinpracticesnotedabove.

-符合上述要求的,获得认可的获奖设计作品集。
