ThisjobholderistheTotalGas&ChemicalTechnicianintheElectronicoperationsgroupandreportstotheOn-siteMegasys(TGCM)SiteManager.

TheTechnicianwillbeinvolvedinsustainingoperationsandmaintainofallSpecialtyGassystem;BulkSpecialtyGasSystem(BSGS);HighFlowSystem(HFS);GasMonitoring/DetectionSystems;BulkGasDistributionsystem;OilFreeAir(OFA)/HPOFASystemandBAFillingStation;SpecialtyChemicalSystems,BulkChemicalDeliverySystem;Schumacher/GenstreamSystem,ChemicalAnalysisandSupport.Theindividualsmustbecapableofperformingsustainingoperationsaswellascomplextroubleshootingandproblemresolutionsoastodemonstratein-depthknowledgeofGas&Chemicalapplicationsinwaferfabrication.Twenty-fourhourscall-outsupportaswellasemergencyresponseassistanceisalsorequired.

RequirementstobehiredonasaMegasys(TGCM)Technicianincludetheabilityandwillingnesstolearn,theevidenceofpreviousworkinasuccessfulteamenvironment,electro-mechanicalaptitude,anamiablepersonality,andthecandidatemustbeanobviousself-motivatedindividual.

Thecandidatewilllearnandunderstandbasiccylinder/containerhandling,valveandanalyticaltechnology,andgeneralGas&Chemicalknowledgeskillsduringthefirstseveralmonthsoftraining.ThecandidatewilltypicallyhaveeitherpreviousexperiencewithcompressedGas&Chemicalsorwilltrainatasimilarfacility.TheTechnicianwillbeexpectedtoperformallshiftsoperationsattheendofthetrainingperiodincludingcontainerchange,dailyroutines,preventativemaintenance,dailyreportingandcustomerinterface.Etc..TheextentandamountoftrainingvariesatdifferentMegasys(TGCM)sites.

PRINCIPALACCOUNTABILITIES

1.MaintainandoperateGas&Chemicaldeliveryequipment;suchas:OFA/HPOFA;BAfillingstation;Gascabinets,HFS,ValveManifoldBoxes,CDM,Tanks,Schumacher/Genstreamsystem,purifiers,analyzersandscrubbers.Understandhowtheequipmentworks,identifyindividualcomponentsincludedineachassembly,andperformperiodicmaintenance.

2.Performdailyroundsincludingverifyingpurifier,setpoints,recordingreadings,calibratinganalyticalequipment,completingsafetysurveys,monitoringinventoryGas&Chemicallevels,verifyingtoxicGas&Chemicalmonitoringoperations,andcylinderhandlingasrequired.

3.PerformallcontainerchangesforGasdeliverysystemandchemicaldeliverysystemandrelatedactivities.

4.Monitorcontainerinventories.

5.Monitorandunderstandcorrectdeliveryprocedureforeachproductonsite.

6.Demonstrateknowledgeofallproperreportingproceduresperon-siteoperationsmanualincludingcylinder/containerchanging,productacceptance,inventoryandmaterialusage,bulkGasanalysis,analyzercalibration,monitoring,safetyparameters,andpersonnelrequirements.

7.Demonstrateabilitytoobtainproperassistancewhenconfrontedwithproblemsituations.

8.Demonstrateabilitytofollowdirectionsfromleader.

9.Demonstrateabilitytofollowprocedures,enforceandstrictlyadheretoAPCIsafetyprocedures(PPEmatrix)andallstandardoperatingpoliciesandProcedures.

10.CarryDutyCellphoneforafterhourcoverageandemergencycallwhendesignated

11.Workcompressedworkweekschedule12hourshiftsonassignedteam(Frontenddaysorbackenddays,daytimeornightshifts)

1.严格遵守程序及安全规定。

2.遵法守纪听从指挥。

3.按相应程序要求进行气体及化学品输送设备(包括但不局限于无油空气系统,呼吸器充装系统,气体柜,大流量气体及化学品输送设备,阀门箱,储罐,纯化器,分析仪,吸附器,等)的操作及维修维护。

4.按相应程序要求进行每日循检并确认产品纯度,设定值,记录读值,校准仪器仪表,进行安全巡视检查,检测气体/化学品储存量,进行气体/化学品监控操作,以及气体/化学品容器的处置。

5.按相应程序要求进行气体及化学品供应系统容器的更换以及相关活动。

6.按相应程序要求监控气体及化学品容器库存。

7.监控现场各种气体及化学品供应系统并按相应程序正确操作。

8.按相应程序要求进行现场所要求的各种操作,包括但不限于气体及化学品容器的更换,产品的接受,材料的储存及使用,产品的采样及分析等。

9.根据需要及时帮助他人或取得他人的帮助。

10.根据需要携带值班电话以便于应急联系。

11.胜任12小时倒班制及夜班工作。

JOBREQUIREMENTS

1.JobIncumbentisexpectedtohave2-3yearsCollegedegreeand/oraboveinengineering,mechanical,electrical,chemical,electronics,PLCexpertiseisrequired.

2.JobIncumbentisexpectedtohaveminimum1yearworkexperienceinasimilarworkenvironment.

3.Hastheabilityandwillingnesstolearn,theevidenceofpreviousworkinasuccessfulteamenvironment,andhasanamiablepersonality.

4.Mustbeanobviousself-motivatedindividualandpossessaprofessionalselfimage

5.GoodEnglish/KoreanlanguageSkillispreferred

6.PreferhaverelatedDGhandlinglicense/FireBureaulicense/FolkLifterlicense
