培训发展主管/HRL&DSupervisor盛威科盛威科(上海)油墨有限公司,盛威科,盛威科油墨,盛威科RolePurposeStatement:

BeresponsibleforthedevelopmentandimplementationoftrainingandperformancemanagementprogramsinChina.CreateandcontinuouslyimproveChina’sL&DandPerformanceManagementstrategyandalignwithSiegwerkAsiaandCorporatepolicy.

MainAccountabilities:

•AnalysetheannualtrainingneedsbyworkingtogetherwithBUHeads/Managersandconsideringemployee’sdevelopment

•Workwithtrainingvendors/internaltrainerstodesignthecourseandconductfollowupevaluation

•Defineandcarryouttheannualtrainingplan

•Prepareanddistributecommunicationsprior,afterandinthecourseoftraining

•Arrangealllogisticsincludingaccommodationreservation,trainingvenuesetup,transportationsduringtheimplementation

•TracktrainingrecordincludingApplication,FeedbackandEvaluationtimelyandaccuratelyinsystem.

•Reviewtrainingeffectivenesswithmanagementandemployees,linkingtrainingresultstoorganization/people/businessresultsforcontinuousimprovementinallareas.

•Manageperformancemanagementsystemandprocess.Theseincludeensuringthegoalsetting,interimandyear-endreviewcarryingoutwithtimeschedule;everystaffiswellunderthesystem;communicatewithemployeesfortheprocedureandprogress;handleanyadhocenquiriesonthesystem,etc.

•SupportAsia/CorporateHRProgramassigned

Qualification:

•Education-Universitydegree,

•Experience-Minimum5yearexperiencesinHumanResources,preferablyintrainingandperformancemanagement

•Skills

-ProficientEnglishlanguageskill,bothoralandwritten

-Soundcommunicationskill

-Soundskillonexcel,word,powerpointusage.

-Interpersonalskillandiswillingtotaketheinitiativetocommunicatewithpeople.
