Planning:Thedesignplanning(basedonrangeplanfromHeadofProduct)needstobeinlineandfeasiblewithgivencalendarmilestones.Keytaskistocoordinatethehandoverofallnecessaryinformation(accuratedesignsheets,specifications,etc)torelatedpartiestoensureatimelyhandoveranddeadlinesaremetthroughoutthedesignanddevelopmentprocess.Additionalinitiate,prepareandfacilitatequarterlycross-functionalproductreview,capturelearningforfutureseasonsandfollowuponactionsteps.FollowupwithHeadofProducttomeetassignedpriceandmargintargetsonmodelandcategorylevelaremet.Directthedesignteamtoachievebusinessobjectives,calendarmilestonesandseasonaltargets

Requirements:
-minimumbachelordegree
-minimumof4yearsofrelatedworkexperience
-extensiveknowledgeofdesignprocessacrossvariousproducttypes
-highlevelunderstandingofbrandrelevantdesignqualityandworkmanship
-commercialunderstandingforbrand,competitorsandtargetconsumer
-abilitytoworkindependently,takeownershipandinitiative
