TofurthersupportoursuccessfulexpansioninChina,wearelookingforaSalesManagersfortheEastregiontoenhancethepenetrationofthelocalmarketsandkeycustomers.(熟悉道路及城市交通安全行业,或个人安全防护领域,或熟悉反光材料应用领域)

OVERVIEW:

Thejobholderneedtousehisorherpersonnelexperiences,strategicandanalyticalthinking,professionalselligskillsandabilitytoworkcollaborativelywithcrossfunctionalteammemberstodefineanddrivethebusinessgrowthopportuntiesandplansbyfocusingonservedavailablemarketstudy,territorymanagement,salespipelinedevelopment,andtheachievementofannualsalesobjective.

MAINDUTIES&RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Formulatetheoverallbusinessgrowthplanandsalesactivitiestoensuretheachievementofsalesrevenueandmarketshareobjectives.

•Leadthemarketstudyactivitiestoidentifytargetmarket,competitionandbuyingdecisionprocess.ProvidethemonthyupdatestotheChinamanagementteam.

•Developlocalmarketpenetrationstrategyincludingproductdevelopment,distributionchannelstrategy,pricingstrategyandallnecessaryresourcesplanbyworkingtogetherChinamanagementandcrossfunctionalteams.

•Developsalespipelinesandclosenewopportuntiestoachieveannualsalesobjectiveandlongtermgrowthplan.

•DevelopSpec-instrategybyapproachingandbuildingupstrongbusinessrelationshipwithstrategicend-useraccountsanddesigninstitutes.

•Resposniblefortheahcievementofaccountreceivabletargetandtheimprovementofsalesforecast.

•Participateintradeassociationsandtechnicalconferencesrelatedtotargetmarketopportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

•BachelordegreeinSales,Marketing,BusinessorEngineeringpreferred

•8+yearssalesexperienceand2+yearsSalesLeadershipexperienceinchemicalbusiness,andwiththeknowledgeintrafficsecurityorpersonalsafetyindustrywillbehighlypreffered.(在交通安全领域或个人防护安全领域有从业经验者优先)

•Strongexperienceorskillsinbusinessplanning,capturingnewopportunities,territorymanagement,keyaccountpenetrationandValuepropositiondevelopment.

•Energetic,quicklearning,andWillingtowin.

•Highlydevelopedinterpersonalskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipwithbothcustomersandinternalcrossfunctions.

•Resultsorientatedwiththeabilitytobalancecustomerneedsandcompanytargets.

•GoodEnglishinbothwritingandspeaking.

•GoodPCuser,particularlyPowerPointandExcel.
