4.Understandmarketandcustomerneedsandwhereasrequired,drivetheprocessofmanaging&/oradaptingtheequipmentportfoliotoenable(forecasted)growthwithinthegivenboundariesofthemultiyearglobal&localfood-strategyplansetforwardbyTSS-Foodmanagement(specificmarketandapplicationsegmentation).Ifpotentialexistsoutsidetheoutlinedstrategy,prepareabusinesscaseoutliningitspotential.
5.Eagertodrivesalesresultanddeveloparegion&/ormarketspecificapplication(s),whereasthereisalikelihoodtobethesalesdirector’spotentialsuccessorinnext3-5yearsorbecomeaRegionalSales(&/orProduct)Manager,potentiallyhavingtomanagemultipledirectsalesreports(dependingongrowthachieved)oratleastanetworkofagents/distributors.Whereasdeemedfit,growthwithintheTSS-globalsales(includingproductand/ormarketdevelopment)organizationisalsopossible.

1.Cooperatesinthesearchofinterestingprospectsandco-initiatespartnershipsintheassignedChina-provincesorProduct/ApplicationspecialtiesunderthesupervisionoftheSalesDirector;thoughahighlevelofindependenceisneeded,communicatingalsobeyondChinaintotheFoodbusinessunitstructureofR&D,Marketing,Sales,businessandmarketdevelopment,MarketunitManagement,…
2.Findsitchallengingto(help)exploreandfullybuildupnewmarkets
3.Acquiresactivelythetechnicalknowledgeontheapplications&machineswithintheTSSfood-sortingbusinessunitportfolio(applicabletotheassignedapplicationorregion).
4.Cooperatesactivelyindrawinguptheforecastonsales&achievingactualsalesresults(committedannualbudgets).
5.Initiateapplicationtestsonneworunknownapplications;hencetodevelopeithertheapplicationknowledgeoridentifyingtheequipmentfitforthesortingtask;whereasneededinitiatealsotherequiredR&Dtopotentiallyenteranew(potentialgrowth)marketsegment.
6.Invitescustomersandprospectsfordemonstrations(onknown&testedapplications);customerinvitedforademoarein‘purchasemode’.
