空运出口操作M+R华隆瑞锋国际货运(上海)有限公司,M+R,spedag,华隆,华隆瑞锋,华隆瑞锋SUMMARY:

Beresponsibleforthedailyoperationofairexportshipment.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Communicatewithoverseasoffices/agentsforexportshipmentfromChina.

2.Followupoverseasroutingordershipmentinstruction.

3.Goodcommunicationwithinternalcolleaguesandexternalsuppliers/agentstoensurecorrectunderstandingondifferentservicerequirement.i.e.SOPimplementationandproblemsolvingskills.

4.Closercooperationwithspacecontroller,documentationandairportoperation.

5.Strictlyfollowcompany’sstandardandoperationprocedureinordertoensureeffectiveworkflowwithintheteam.

6.Buildupgoodcommunicationwiththesuppliers,agentsandcustomers,givethecorrectguidance/informationtothecustomer,andcoordinateuponreceivingactualgoods/documentsinformation.

7.Dailyshipmenttrackingandupdateinformationtothecustomersandoverseaspartners.

8.Issuethedocumentsandinvoicetocustomersontime.

9.Takecareofeachjob’sprofit&loss.

10.Answerinquiries&settleproblemwithoverseasoffice,reportandescalatetosuperiorforinstructionsinregardtotoughissues.

ADDINTIONALRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Totakeupadditionaltasksasassigned.

2.Backupforotherteammemberswhennecessary.

KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS:

1.CollegedegreeorabovemajorinLogistics,InternationalTradeorrelevant.

2.1-2years’experienceinlogistics,forwardingorrelevantserviceindustry,preferablyintheAirfreightexportoperationposition.

3.Familiarwiththeprocedureofairfreightexportoperationandforwardingrelatedknowledge.

4.CET-4orabove,goodspokenandwrittenEnglishandChinese.

5.Independentproblemsolvingskill,patientandagoodteamplayer.

6.ProficientinMSoffice.

7.Hardworking,responsible,goodteamplayerandcanworkunderpressure.

8.Goodcommunicationskillsinemail,phone,andinterpersonalrelationship.
