ResponsiblefordailydocumentationsforSeafreightexport.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

1.ReviewthejobfileofshipmentwhentakingoverfromOP.

2.Processingdataprogressivelyandtimelyinthesystemandensuresystemdataintegrity.

3.Confirmthefiling(e.g.:AMS,ENS,ACIandENS)accordingtotheregulationsofdestinationsbeforecutofftime.

4.ChecktheHB/Ldraft&invoicewithshipperwithin2daysbeforevesseldeparture,andrevisethedataaccordingly.

5.Checkforon-boardstatusandtrackthecontaineruntilshippedonboardandvesseldeparture.

6.IssueB/L&invoicetoshipperaftersailing.

7.ArrangeforpostingortelexreleasingHB/Ltoshipperoncethepaymentissettledandtheguaranteeletterfromshipperiswellreceived.

8.Preparedocumentsforpre-alertandtherelevantshippingdocs.

9.CheckjobfilewithOPinduetime,andpassthefiletoManagerforjobclosingwithin7daysafterETD.

10.Properpaperworkarchiving.

11.Ensureproperandtimelyfollow-upincaseofirregularities.

Totakeupadditionaltasksasassigned.

Backupforotherteammemberswhennecessary.

KNOWLEDGEANDSKILLREQUIREMENTS:

1.Collegedegreeorabove.

2.Minimumone-twoyearsDocumentation/Operationexperienceinforwardingindustry.

3.FluentinwrittenEnglish.

4.Familiarwiththeprocedureofseafreightexportoperationandforwardingrelatedknowledge.

5.Goodinterpersonalandcommunicationskill.

6.Goodteamspirit,strongsenseofresponsibilityandgoodworkunderpressure.

7.Goodsenseofcustomerservice.

8.Workingexperienceininternationalforwardingcompanyispreferred.
