Establishandmaintainlong-termandstablecooperativerelationswithpartofKeyProjectClients(Includinginternationalhotelmanagementgroups,national-scalerealestatedeveloper,renownedarchitect&interiordesignfirmsandgeneralcontractor),anddevelopstrategiccooperativepartnershipwiththem

Inchargeofkeyprojectsinplanning,budgeting,organization

Dailycontactandregularlyvisitthesekeyclients

IntegrateandanalyzeofprojectsinformationfromthesekeyclientsinChina

Manageanddevelopprojectbusinesswithkeyclients,implementthedirectsaleswiththemgradually,andachievethesalestarget

Cooperateandcommunicatewithoperationmanager,designteam(BDS)andcustomerservicetomeettherequirementsofproducts&samples&proposalsfromkeyclients

Providesatisfyingspecificationstokeyarchitect&interiordesignclientsforprojectstowinthebiddingonthebasisofthespecificsituationofdifferentprojects

Analyzeadvantagesanddisadvantagesofourproductsandcompetitors’products,integratecompetitors’newproductsinformation,andregularlyprovidesalesdirectoranalyticreportsandrecommendedstrategies

Responsibleforallkeyclients’andprojects'declaration,tracking,quotationandthecoordinationwithdealers.

RequirementsonKnowledge&Skills:

Bachelordegree

ProficientEnglishskillsinwrittenanddailyoral

Atleast3-4yearsofproventrackrecordinaninternationalorganization(orinaChineseorganizationwithinternationalbusinessapproach)involveddirectlyinmarketing&sales

Over3yearsprojectmanagementexperienceispreferred.

Previousexperienceintheluxurydurablegoodsorbuildingmaterialorvillasellingindustryispreferred

NetworkingwithDeveloper,hotels,architect&interiordesignfirms.
