门诊口腔科护士SUMMARY:

-Operatesfromadeepunderstandingofthetotalsituation.Collaborateswithothercaregiverstochallengeandcoordinateinstitutionalresourcestomaximizeadvocacyforpatientandfamilycareinachievingthemosteffectiveoutcomes.

ESSENTIALTASKS:

-Assessplan,implementandevaluatethenursingcareofpatientsthroughouttheclinic

-Documentaccuratelyandconciselythecareprovidedanditsoutcome

-Carryoutinvestigationandtreatmentprescribedbythephysician

-Communicateanddiscusspatient’sresponsetotreatmentandprogresswithphysicianandnursingcolleaguesassignedtopatient.

-Prepareandassistphysicianwithprocedures.

-Collaborateandco-operatewithphysiciansandotherhealthcareprovidersinthesmoothdeliveryofpatientcareandservice.

-Follow-uptoensurecontinuityofpatientcareandtreatmentplan.

-Deliversafeandcompetentnursingcare.

-Demonstrateclinicalskills,knowledgeandcriticalthinkinginthedeliveryofpatientcare.

-Providepatient/familyinformationandeducationondiseaseprevention,processandrehabilitation.

-Managecomplexpatientcare.

-Maintainandcareintheuseoftheequipmentandsupplies.

-Actasaresourceperson.

-Cross-coverasheadnurseassigned.

-Supervisejuniornursesandbepreceptorasassigned.

-Atleast5yearsworkingexperiencesinDentalclinic.
