作为一个团队主管,培训及管理两名In-house,协调整个系统操作、现场操作管理和日常业务协调等工作。

与SC各团队进行密切沟通,给予或获得必要支持,推进物流操作的平顺运行。

管理供应链相关的付款流程,包括PO建立、供应商的费用预估跟踪及年度费用进度管理。

主导业务项目的开展,作为业务、供应链和客户之间的主要协调人,推进如红细胞运输、两票制发运等项目的顺利进行。

主导操作流程的定期回顾并根据供应商的表现和实际业务要求进行相关操作改进,推进后续的流程更新(包括奥森多流程和供应商流程)和相关行动跟进。

主导物流改善项目以持续提高操作准确性和及时性。

根据销售计划,每天安排仓储和运输的工作计划。定期与公司内部和外部相关部门沟通,确保物流和信息流的流转通畅性。监督物流供应商的日常表现,确保其操作符合我们的业务需求和运营合规。
