生产管理

Productionmanagement

--负责规划本部门的组织架构,组织建立有效团队;

-Beresponsiblefortheplanningofthedepartment'sorganizationalstructure,organizationestablishaneffectiveteam;

-根据生产加工流程和技术要求确定所需人员的资格条件、工作步骤,分配工作任务;

-Accordingtoproductionprocessingprocessesandtechnicalrequirementstodeterminethequalificationsofpersonnel,workproceduresandassigntasks

-督导制造部门的日常生产活动,定期召开有关会议,发现问题、分析原因,采取有效措施,确保生产线正常运转;

-Supervisethemanufacturingdailyproductionactivities,conveneameetingregularly,identifyproblems,analyzethecausesandtakeeffectivemeasurestoensurethenormaloperationoftheproductionline

-贯彻执行公司的安全管理规章制度,确保厂区无安全事故发生;

-Implementationofsafetymanagementregulationsofcompanytoensuretheplantisnosecurityincidents

-组织策划6S、TPM、TQM,制定并推行相关生产管理制度;

-Organizationalplanning6S,TPM,TQM,developingandimplementingrelatedproductionmanagementregulations;

-切实做好环境保护和劳动保护工作,不断改善劳动条件;

-Doagoodjobinenvironmentalprotectionandlaborprotection,andcontinuouslyimproveworkingconditions;

设备管理

-监督设备的日常维修和保养工作情况。

-Superviseequipments’daytodaymaintenanceworkconditions

-协调重大设备故障处理,以及设备重点保养和技改项目。

-Coordinatetodealwithvitalequipmentmalfunctionandimportantmaintenanceofequipmentandskillimprovementproject.

-分析设备可用率指标的完成情况,制定相应改善措施。

-Analyzethecompletingsituationofequipmentavailabilitytarget,drawuprelevantimprovementmeasures.

备件管理

-完善备件管理制度。

-Makemanagementrulesofsparepartsperfect.

-建立合理的备件库存。

-Buildreasonablesparepartsstock.
