工业检测仪器销售总监Responsibilities:
ToachieveoursalestargetsinChina/HongKong/Mongolia&growthebusinessthroughouttheseregions.
1.Responsibleforachieving&exceedingthemonthly,quarterly&annualsalesbudgetbythemaintenance&developmentofsalesthroughinternalsalesteam,designateddistributors&Ecommerce.
2.Managethesalesteaminachievingindividual&teamtargets.
3.Managethebusinessbasedonaction-planning,keyperformanceindicators&operationalreviews.
4.DevelopNew/Keymarkets&segmentstoincreasesalesofourNDTproductsespnewtoproducts.
5.Preparationoftheannualsalestarget&managementofassignedbudgets
6.Conductperiodicperformancereviewswithdistributors&mapoutactionplansonachievingtargets.
7.Demonstrateproducts&conductpresentation/salespitchesduringsalesvisits,technicalconferences,seminars&othermarketingevents.
8.Visitingend-usercustomerswithintheregiontogainanunderstandingofcustomers/markets&developeffectivesalesstrategy.
9.Coachingtheteam&distributors,monitoringsalespipeline,&accompanyingsalesstaffinkeypartner/distributor/customermeetings.
10.Planning&executionofeffectivesales&marketingprogramswiththedistributorstomaximizeproductawareness&development.
Qualifications:
1.Auniversitydegreewithminimum5yearssalesmanagementexperience.
2.Proventrackrecordoftakingmarketsharewithdistribution-basedbusiness.
3.Demonstratedabilitytomanagedistributionpartners&salesteam.
4.ExperienceinsalesofNDTorindustrialtestinginstrumentsisaplus.
5.Strongcommunication(written&verbal),presentation&organizationalskills.
6.Receptivetofrequenttravel(50%)
7.Internationalculturalawareness&managementstyleworkingwithcolleaguesinEurope&Asia.
