发动机标定工程师DeveloptheknowledgebaseofCaterpillar’sproducts,technologies,processes,servicesandsystems,whichyouwilluseto:

-LearnandfollowCaterpillarEngineRatingDevelopment&Calibrationprocessandprocedure.

-WorkonEnginePerformanceandEmissiondevelopmentproject,EngineRatingDevelopment,meetcustomerrequest,andmeetChinaorGlobalRegionalRegulations

-Conductofengineperformancetestexecution,understandthedieselenginetesttechniques

-Createenginetestplan,analyzetestdata,optimizeengineperformanceandemissioncalibrationtomeetengineeringtarget,createengineeringreport

-Summarizeandcommunicateresultsviapresentationtoglobalcustomers,teammembers,andotherbusinessunitsregularlybymeansoftele-conferencemeetings

-Assisttocontributetotheenginedevelopmentofnewproductsandprocesses

RequiredQualifications:

-Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveinanaccreditedEngineering,InternalCombustionEngines,ThermalEnergy,VehicleEngineeringorequivalent.

-Goodknowledgeofinternalcombustionenginestructure,engineperformance,enginetest,enginevalidation.

-Excellentinproblemanalysisandsolvingskill

-Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskill

-Creative,keepinterestintakingchallengeandpressure

-Diligent,proactive,self-motivedandopen-minded
