Qualifications,experience,knowledge&skills:
-Minimumqualification:UniversityorBachelordegree
-MBAorpost-graduatequalificationsinMarketingwillbeanadvantage.
-Minimum5-8yearsofrelevantworkexperienceintechnicalservice,productdevelopmentandmarketdevelopment
-Thoroughunderstandingthestructureandthefactorsthatinfluencedemand,profitabilityandinnovation
-Detailedtechnicalandcommercialunderstandingoftheproductsandtheirapplications
-Thoroughstrategicunderstandingofcustomersandothervaluechainmembers'needsandtheabilitytomatchthiswithBorougetechnicalcapabilities
-Experienceinworkinginexportmarketswouldbeanadvantage
