资深机械工程师Sr.MERepresentativeDuties
1.Beresponsiblefordesigninganddocumentingmechanical,electrical,oracoustical,components,products,orsystemsofalllevelsofcomplexity.
2.Designcomponentsorproductsusingestablishedmanufacturingprocessesandsecondaryfinishingprocessessuchasinjectionmolding,diecasting,andsheetmetalforming,painting,printing,VM...
3.Conductandevaluatetheappropriateexperimentstosolveengineeringproblemsofalllevelsofcomplexity.
4.Obtaininformationfromabroadknowledgebase,tocompleteassignments.
5.WorkeffectivelyasadedicatedteammemberofaSustainingEngineering,BlueRibbonProductDevelopment,oranAdvancedDevelopmentteamtoexecutemechanicaldesigns.
6.Leadtheeffortsinthemechanicaldevelopmentcycletoachievethedeliverablesrequired.
7.LeadtheinteractionwiththeNilescounterpartsandthecross-functionalcollaborationswithinadedicatedproject.
8.Leadthedesignreviewprocessandworkwithengineeringstafftoapplylessonslearnedintonewdesigns.
9.Provideleadershipandguidancetolessexperiencedengineers.
10.Otherdutiesasassigned.
QualificationRequirements
1.Bachelor'sDegreeinMechanicalEngineeringorrelatedarea.
2.12yearsplusrelatedworkexperienceinmechanicalengineering,atleast8yearsdesignexperienceintheR&Denvironment.3Cconsumerelectronicsproductoraudioproductexperiencepreferred.
3.Goodunderstandingtothemodelinganddraftingprinciplesanddisciplines.GoodcommandtoaCADsoftware.
4.SiemensUGNX8.5andECTrPLMsystemexperiencewillbepriority.
5.FamiliarwithCAEtoolsandprototypingmethods.
6.Proficientininjectionmolding,diecasting,andsheetmetalformingusingstandardmethods.
7.Proficientinassemblyprocessesandapplications.
8.GoodEnglishcommunicationskillbothinoralandwritten.
9.Proactiveandmissionorientated.RepresentativeDuties
