JobSummary

Asanimportantpartofthequalitativeresearchteam,youwillbeinvolvedinday-to-daymanagementofqualitativeresearchprojects,fromunderstandingandtranslatingbusinessobjectivestoresearchobjectives,conductingandmanagingfieldworktoanalysisandreporting.Thisrolerequiresanorganized,detailedoriented,highlymeticulousteamplayer,passionateaboutmakingadifferenceandhavingastronggrowthmindset.

KeyResponsibilities

End-to-endresearchprojectownershipincluding:

•Playandexecuteresearchprojectsfollowingclientsbriefingandneeds

•Exposuretodesignthinkingmethodologiesthatencompassesonsearchqualifiedindividualstogetcustomerinsights

•Contactindividualstointroduceandexplainthestudyobjectivesandprotocolandscheduleinterviewsorinvitethemtoparticipateinfocusgroupdiscussions

•Providetimelyupdatesontheresponseratesofeachongoingproject,managedifficultsurveyrespondentswhenrequired

•Assisttodesignquestionnairesandproposequalitativemethodologiesofcollectinginformation

•Projectmanagement,fieldworkmonitoringandensureadherencetoschedules/timeline

Demonstrateanalyticalabilitiesincluding:

•Analyze,interpretanddistilinsights

•Createinsightful,highlyactionableanddigestiblesearchmethodsandchannels

•Presentconfidentlytointernalandexternalclientsacrossworkinglevels

Versatileandpreparedtotakeonandperformarangeofresponsibilitiesincluding:

•Routeadministrativeandoperationsaswellascomplexandin-depthanalyticalwork

Requirements

•MinimumBachelor’sdegree

•Agilewithanappetitetolearnnewskillsandtakeonnewchallenges

•Abilitytosimplifycomplexproblemsandproactiveininitiatingsolutions

•Abletomulti-taskanddealswellwithambiguity

•Teamplayerbutabletoworkindependently

•Strongsenseofownership

•Goodcommunicationskills,bothwrittenandinterpersonal

•Familiaritywithcommunicationsresearchonmultiplemediaplatformsdesign

•CompetencywithMicrosoftOffice,withintermediatetoadvancedskillsinWordandExcel
