■Providecustomerservicesincludehandlingclients’enquiriesuseofoffshorecompanies;

■Relationshipmanagementforkeyclients;

■Incorporation/Dissolution/Transferinforoffshorecompanies;

■ExemptionLimitedPartnershipformupinoffshorejurisdictions;

■Conductannualreturnfilingsfortheoffshorecompaniesaccordingtothestatutorytimelinesofdifferentjurisdictions.

■Handlegeneralclericaldutiesandpreparedocumentation;

■Handleotherprojects/worksassignedbydepartmenthead;

■Updatestandardoperationprocedureandin-houselibraryfortechnicalinformationaboutoffshorecompanies;

■Developstrongandlongtermrelationshipwithclientstobuildloyalty.

KeyRequirements:

■Degreeholder;

■Minimum4yearsofCorporateSecretarialexperienceinoffshorecompanies;

■Priorexperienceinclientservicingenvironmentisanadvantage;

■Abletoworkunderpressure;

■Proactive,self-motivatedandisateamplayerwithgoodinterpersonalskills;

■ExcellentcommandofbothwrittenandspokenEnglishandMandarin.
