PURPOSE

Themainresponsibilityofthisroleistohandleandcoordinatevariouscompensationrelatedactivitiestoensurethattheorganization’spayrollisprocessedaccuratelyandontime.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Responsibleforthecollection,cleaningup,supplyandmaintenanceofcompensationdata.CooperatewithCIIC/FESCOADECOtocompletemonthlypayrollcalculationandthepaymentofsalesincentiveandannualbonus.Completepayrollapprovalandpaymenton-timetoensurepayrollisreceivedonschedule.Preparepayrolldataanalysisonrequest.

2.Responsibleformonthlysalarycalculationforforeignemployeesandinterns,monthlyIITdeclaration,andsupplyofmaterialsrequestedbythebank.

3.Responsibleforsocialinsuranceandhousingfundrelatedissuesforaround80cities.Ensuretimelyandaccuratecontributionandannualcontributionbaseadjustmentinaccordancewithstateregulations.

4.Cooperatewithcommercialinsurerstocompletecommercialinsurancecontributionandclaim.

5.Responsibleforpayrollrelatedauditactivities.

6.ResponsibleformanagementofC&BmoduleinHRIS,providesolutionandtrainingtointernaluser,andcooperatewithexternalvendorforfurtherrequests.

7.Playasacontactwindowtoemployees,responsibleforissuingemploymentcertification,replyingC&Brelatedquestionstoemployees.

8.AssistsupervisorinimplementationandaccomplishmentofC&Brelatedprojectsandotheradhoctasks.
