BMS电池管理系统项目经理•ManagetheProjectTeamtorealizetheprojectobjectivesdefinedintheProjectAgreement

•Ensurethatpropermethodsareusedindefiningcorrectiveaction(e.g.RiskManagement,ChangeManagement)

•Supporttheselectionofoutsourcinganddevelopmentpartners,componentsandsuppliers(actionitemsresultingfromtheSourcingCommitteetobeintegratedintheProjectPlan)

•Planandconductproject–review-andmilestonemeetings

•Establishtheappropriateprojectorganizationplan(includingteamatreceivingproductionlocation)

•Plan,coordinate,track,reportandimplementtheentireproject

•Achievetheagreedprojectobjectives

•ManageCustomerinterface–perlocationstructure(CommercialinconjunctionwithSales)

•Manageintegrationofnewtechnologiesintotheproject

•InstructteammemberswithregardtothemethodsusedinPDP

•Ensureprojectcomplianceanddivisionalprocesses

•EvaluateperformanceofCoreTeammembersinaccordancewithlinemanagement•ManagetheProjectTeamtorealizetheprojectobjectivesdefinedintheProjectAgreement
