岗位职责:
?DevelopprojectplansandtimelinefortheprojectwhileworkingcloselywiththeprojectCMCleader.
?Identifythecriticalpathactivitiesinthetimelineandkeeptheinternalstaffandtheclientinformed.
?CoordinatestheinternalresourcesandleadsWuXi'seffortsfortimelycompletionofprojectsbyinteractingwiththeclientandinternaltechnicalstaff
?Holdsregularmeetingswithteammembersandwithclientstoupdateprogressasappropriate.
?Keepclientsupdatedinatimelymannerregardingprogressofproject,decisionpoints,andeventsthroughteleconferences,e-mails,sitevisitsorothersuitablemeans.
?Monitortimelineandcontractforaccuracyandfollowsuponanydiscrepancieswithclientsand/orinternalpersonnel.
?Confirmthecompletionofworkbystagewithclientandensuresinvoicesaresenttoclientforprocessing.
?Actasateamleaderandprovidethetraining,guidance,feedbackandreviewtotheteammembersasneeded.
任职资格:
?Collegedegreeinscience/engineeringfieldwith7yearsofindustrialworkingexperience,ormasterdegreewithatleast5yearsofworkingexperienceinthepharmaceuticalorbiotechfield.
?Someexperienceinprojectmanagementpreferred.
?GoodEnglishskills,bothwrittenandoral.
?Abilitytoworkindependentlywithlimitedsupervisioninafast-pacedenvironment.
?Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
?Abilitytoworkasateammemberandasaleader.
?Goodmulti-taskingandprioritizationskills.
