1.Workwithindividualsandgroupstopromotehealthyeatinglifestyle
2.Providenutritioneducationandnutritiontherapyusingupdatedevidencebasedpractice,includingconductingnutritionscreenandassessment;aswellasdeveloping,implementinganddocumentingpersonalizednutritioncareplan
3.Conductgroupclassesandlecturestoeducateandengageaudienceinhealthyeatingpractice
ESSENTIALTASKS:
1.Providenutritiontherapyusingupdatedevidencebasedpractice,includingconductingnutritionscreen,assessment,develop,implementanddocumentnutritioncareplan
2.Utilizebiometric,anthropometricandsubjectivedatatoconductassessment
3.Conductmealintakeanalysistodetermineclient’snutritionalstatus
4.Abletouseprofessionaljudgmenttodetermineclient’snutritionalrequirements,nutrition-relatedproblems,providenutritioninterventionandrecommendation
5.Communicatewithmulti-disciplinaryteamtodevelopappropriatenutritioncareplan
6.Providenutritioncaresupportinwellnesscentersmainly,andJiahuisatellitesitesasneeded,inlinewithJiahui’smissionandcorevalues,basedonneeds
7.Developandcarryoutnutritionprogramsforstaff,clientsandcommunity
8.Providecommunityeducationandhealthtalkstoclientgroupsandcorporatecompanies
9.Produceeducationmaterialsandnutritionarticles
10.Meetproductivitystandardsandperformanceindicatorsinthevariousnutritionservices
11.Performotherrelateddutiesincidentaltotheworkdescribedherein
