血液肿瘤岗位职责

MAManager-血液肿瘤A.Primaryresponsibility:

1.Coach/trainTAPsandmanagethephysicianteam.

a)Setupandmanagephysicianteam.

b)CloselycollaboratewithMSLandcentralMkt/MEfunctions.

1.Understandrecentprogressofproduct/competitorandrelevanttherapeuticareas;Review,approveandsummarizeinsightsfromthemultipleresources,thenprocess,integrateandsharewithcross-functionalteam.

2.Leadformulationandexecutionofmedicalstrategy

a)Responsibleforproductiveengagementaloneorincross-functionalteamswithkeynationalexternalstakeholdersincludingKOLsbutalsopayingattentiontopharmacists,nurses,hospitaladministrators,governmentofficialsetcasbusinessneedsrequire.

b)Responsibleforexhaustivecollectionofinformationregardingexistingknowledgegaps,scientificdatagapsandclinicalcaregaps.

c)ResponsibleforauthoringtheMedicalStrategyaftercollectionofinputandinsightsfromawidecross-sectionofinternalandexternalstakeholders.

d)Responsibleforprovisionofcareful,thoughtfulinputintothereviewofpromotionaloreducationalmaterialthatisdisseminatedtoorpresentedbythecompanytoexternalaudiences.

e)Directingmedicalstrategyanddevelopingmedicalprojects

3.ClinicalStudy:

1)Designandcomposeclinicalstudyprotocols;managethestudybudgetandphasing;submitprotocolforinternalreviewandapproval;ensuretheregistryofthestudyonline;presentatinvestigatormeetingifnecessary

2)SetplanforCSRandpublication;reviewstudyreport;carryoutmedicalmonitoringduringtheclinicalstudy;

3)GCO/CROcollaborationsonICFandtrialoperation

4)CollaboratewithStatisticianandDataManagementteamforCRFandSAP

4.Determinethethemeandcontentofnationalactivitiesincludingadvisoryboard,expertdiscussion,andcontributetothethemeofmedicaleducationalmaterialsandhospitallectures.CloselyworkwithMEwhennecessary.

5.CommunicateandcooperatewithinternalandexternalcustomersincludingGlobalandRegional(AP)MAF,MSL,CD,MKT,Sales,RA,GAPDD,PR,NBD,MktAccess,etc.

6.ProvideproductandTArelatedsupporttoMarketing/Salesandotherdepartments.
