ThesuccessfulcandidatewillbeakeymemberofMaintenanceService&ProductionEngineersupportingproductmaintenanceservice,ProductionandWarehousemanagementatBreasMedical’snewfacilityinShanghai,China.AsonekeyteammemberforMaintenanceService&Production,thesuccessfulcandidatemustbeabletoworkcloselywithinitiativeteamfornewfacility,driveactionitems,prioritizeworkbaseduponneedandresourcesavailable,andcommunicateactionseffectivelyacrossdifferentfunctions.

职责Responsibilities:

主导售后维修服务:与销售团队密切合作,为Breas中国全系在售机器提供及时高效的售后服务。

LeadMaintenanceServiceWorkcloselywithSalesteamtoprovidetimelyandefficientafter-salesservicefortheentirerangeofmachinesinBreasChina.

仓储/物料管理:协助物料可视化管理;收货,配合QA做来料检验,入库,以及生产物料管理,以及基于订单的生产计划的制定。

WarehousingManagement:assistmaterialvisualizationmanagement,Goodsreceiving,workcloselywithQAforincominginspection,warehousing,andproductionmaterialmanagement,aswellastheproductionplanbasedonorders.

生产支持:支持量产前的产品验证(V&V),及小批量产生活动;如:产品组装,测试,标签打印等。

Productionsupport:Supportproductverification(V&V)andsmallbatchproductionactivitiesbeforetheproductisofficiallymass-produced.

持续改进:运用精益生产知识与方法不断改善产品良率,提高生产效率。

Continuousimprovement:Continuouslyimproveproductyieldandincreaseproductionefficiencybyusingleanknowledgeandmethods.

文件支持及维护:支持Breas中国生产文件管理,如作业指导,生产记录等文件的维护。

Documentssupportandmaintenance:SupportBreasChinaproductionDocmanagement,LikemaintenanceofProductionWI,productionrecordetc.

以客户为中心,不断寻找机会了解客户需求,提高满意度

要求Requirements:

本科,机械/电子/工业工程等专业,1~3年相关工作经验。优秀的本科应届生亦可。

Bachelordegree,majorinmechanical/electronic/industrialengineering,1~3yearsrelatedexperience.Welcomeexcellentundergraduatefreshmen.

良好的人际交往能力和团队协作意识。
