②Evaluatecustomercharacteristicsandconsumertrends,formulatea
brandportfolioforeachcustomertoaimforefficientbusinessachievement
③Monitorandcontrolprogressofbusinessgoalsforeachcustomer,
formulatecorrectionplanandcountermeasuresasnecessarytosupport
KAunitforthiersalesachievement
④HavetheBHandKAunitdevelopadeeperunderstandingandinstillingof
customerstrategy,andalignthevectorofactivity
⑤IncreasecustomerloyaltybysupportingqualityimprovementofKAunit's
activities
⑥Developteamculturetofosterpersonnelwithabilityofdeveloping
customerstrategyanddata-drivenmarketing
⑦Executeperiodic3Canalysistoseechangesandfutureprospects,andto
supporttheBHandKAunitsforthierhighagilityoperation

①KnowledgeandexperienceofECdigitalmarketing(5years)
②KnowledgeofECbusinesstrading(tradingsystem,marketingmethod,
etc.)
③UnderstandingofECRM
④WorkingexperienceinFMCG,cosmticstrategy(3years)
⑤Englishabilityfornegotiationinbusiness
⑥BusinessexperiencewithAlibaba,JD
⑦Strongcommunicationskillstoworlkwithin/outstakeholders,andto
buildrelationshipoftrust&cooperation
