oRole–TheIncumbentwillbepartoftheHumanResourceTransformationandTalentManagementofferingwithT&OP.TheroleholderwillsupporttheofferingleadindevelopingtheclientbaseundertheofferingandsolutionprojectsintheareasofHRT&TM.ManagethedeliveryofHRT&TMengagementsatclientsiteandindaytodayinteractions.Manageprojectteamunderandistributeddeliverymodel,coachtheprojectteam,Monitorandcontroltheprojectbudget,resourcemanagementandhighlightriskstotheProgramManager.
oRequirement-Candidatesshouldhaveatleast7yearsworkexperienceafterMastersDegreeofwhichatleast5+yearsofexperienceinHumanResourceTransformationandTalentManagementrelatedprojectsisdesired.
