·Allstorestaffsreporttostoremanager,directlyorindirectly
·Provideoverallorientationtotheteamandmaintainstaffsmorale.
·Evaluateanddevelopstaffs’competenciesintheirspecificdomainbytraining,coachingandperformancereview.
·Managetheshiftstocopewiththepeakandlowhoursofthedayandtooptimizetheutilizationofourresources
·Initiateandsupervisein-storecommunicationtoolstoensurethatthewholeteamworksinaharmoniousandefficientway.
SalesandCustomerService
·Leadtheteambyexampleandachieveoursalesandservicetargetsdirectlyandthroughtheteam.Ensurethateachandeverycustomer(existingandpotential)isservedinthebestpossiblemannerandtoconcludeeverytransactionefficientlyandeffectively.
·Evaluateanddevelopsalesstaffs’competenciesintermsofcustomerrelation,productknowledge,mix-and-matchskills,andsenseofpromotionfocus.
·Maintain,develop,protectandutilizecustomerdatabasetomaximizeourbusinessachievement
·Proactivelymanageanddealwithcustomerinteractionsandcomplaints.ManageallissuesrelatedtoAfterSalesServiceandCustomerQueries.Providesolutionstoeachcustomerinkeepingwiththecompanyguidelines.
·Createaserviceanddetailorientedcultureandcontinuouslearningatmospherethroughdailybriefingandproductpresentationexercise.
·Executeandcontributetopromotionaleventsinstore.
·Participatedirectlyorcontributetoproductbuyingactivitiessoastobettersatisfycustomerneedsandsecureahealthysell-throughrate.

·StockManagement
a.Establishandmaintainanefficientmerchandisestoragesysteminbothwarehousesandsellingareasundercompany’sguidelines.
b.Ensurestocksecuritybyapplyingcorrectshipmentreceiptprocedureandregularstocktakeandrandomcheckondailyandmonthlybasis.
c.GuideandsupervisestaffstoproperlyhandleSTARTsystem,stocktransferandend-of-seasonproceduresoastominimizediscrepancybetweenbookandphysicalrecord.
d.Forecastandcontroltheusageofallkindsofstoresupplies;placeorderonaregularbasis.
·CashManagement
a.Ensurethatdailycashierjobiscarriedoverbytrainedandcompetentstaffs.
b.Superviseonadailybasisaboutdiscountamount.MakesuretheSTARTsystemrecordofcashandcreditcardrevenueisinlinewithbankrecord.
c.Managestorepettycash.
d.Guideandsupervisestaffstoexecuteproductexchangeandreturnprocedurebyabidingtocompany’spolicy.
